Patient Forms
Upon entering our office our receptionist will greet you and welcome you as a member of our family. We will request if you have not already done so online, to fill out our patient forms. The paper work provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.
Consultation
Next you will have a consultation with Dr. Boas to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as all of your treatment options. Your first visit is designed for Dr. Boas to learn more about you, your condition, and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care will meet your health care goals.
Examination
After your consultation and consent has been given, Dr. Boas will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes, your active and passive ranges of motion, as well as other standard orthopedic, neurological, postural, and physical examinations
Diagnostic Studies
Your condition may require us to refer you out for diagnostic studies such as X-Rays, MRI’s and other methods which help us rule out serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Our office works directly with local diagnostic facilities that provide our patients with same day examinations and full physician reports.
Report of Findings
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, Dr. Boas will give you a report of findings to answer the three most common questions:
- Can you help me?
- What can you recommend that I do to get better?
- How much is it going to cost?
After discussing with you your history and your goals, examining your spine and reviewing any diagnostic tests, Dr. Boas will discuss recommendations with you. If you have a condition that requires care with other providers, the doctor will explain this to you. If Dr. Boas believes he can help you, we will recommend a treatment plan and wellness program.
