Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Trauma, inflammatory responses and /or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions that can produce tensile pressures throughout the affected area.

What is Post Facilitation Stretching (PFS)?
Is a stretching technique designated to break up adhesions/scar tissue in chronically shortened muscles.
What are Pin and Stretch/ART Methods?
Is a soft tissue technique in which the practitioner identifies muscle and tendons where overuse has caused repeated injury and congestive scar tissue has built up the scarring can entrap nearby nerves, shorten muscle and over tax and inflame tendons. During the procedure the practitioner applies focused pressure on the soft tissue while the patient performs specific motions to lengthen the tissue. This procedure helps to break up underlining scar tissue, increase blood flow, reduce nerve pain, improve range of motion and increase strength.
