Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Insurance
Our office accepts most insurance plans. We also accept auto accident, workers compensation and personal injury cases. If you have any questions about your coverage please do not hesitate to contact our staff and they will be happy to verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
No Insurance
For those individuals or families who have limited or no health insurance coverage our office provides cost effective and affordable payment programs. Just because you do not have health insurance does not mean you cannot receive treatment. Many patients pay out of pocket for treatment because they find Chiropractics to be extremely effective and affordable.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
